113. Tom Felton

While you may remember former child star Tom Felton as young Peagreen in 1997's The Borrowers, you may know him best as Draco Malfoy, the devious and mean Slytherin student in the Harry Potter films. The character earned Felton two MTV Movie Awards for Best Villain, and oddly enough, it inspired fans to love the villain.

If you keep up with Felton's later work, though, it's easy to ask whether the ladies fell in love with Malfoy or Felton himself. While he went on to play a villain we couldn't wait to die in "Rise of the Planet of the Apes," he later played Julian Albert in The CW's "The Flash" .
