Mayim entered the film business at a pretty young age. Her big breakout role, however, came in 1990 when she was cast as the lead character on Blossom.

Bialik continued to guest star on shows through the 2000s including 7th Heaven, Curb Your Enthusiasm and Bones before earning herself a lead role on the long-running comedy series The Big Bang Theory.
